My story

Natasha Polis was raised just outside of Los Angeles in a cinephile household, where an early love for pop culture and film was practically part of the family DNA. In 2008, everything changed when a sparkly vampire ignited her passion for storytelling and turned her into a devoted reader and fandom enthusiast. From camping out for the Breaking Dawn world premiere to attending conventions across the country, Natasha’s love for the entertainment industry only deepened.

At 18, she stepped into the spotlight as an entertainment journalist, interviewing actors and filmmakers on red carpets, which naturally led to the creation of her YouTube channel, Tashapolis. Her career expanded behind the scenes as an Influencer Marketing Manager for a fashion brand, giving her a unique skill set that empowered her to launch her own business supporting creatives in her space.

Natasha is now the co-host of the Those Forking Fangirls podcast alongside her bestie and New York Times best-selling author Christine Riccio. Together, they dive into fandoms, pop culture, and books with the unfiltered energy of single millennial girlies who love a deep dive and a good fangirl scream.

In her latest chapter, Natasha has embraced her next evolution: designer and future beauty expert. She’s creating enchanting custom gowns and currently pursuing her cosmetology license with the mission of becoming certified in curating complete, head-to-toe looks. This journey is her vendetta—in the best way—toward mastering the full art of transformation.
